This stunning build was used by Brookfield plaza in Perth’s CBD for dinning experiences.
With the event over the owners are looking to rehome the beautiful little houses. They are second hand but are like new. Used only 3 times for around 4 weeks at a time before being stored away to wait for the next year’s event. (They are around 3 years old, small scratches on the black coating of the flashings may be visible but can be touched up with some black glossy paint once assembled onsite.)
 
These greenhouses features:
  • Hot dip galvanised steel frame (25+ Year life left),
  • 16mm triple Polycarbonate on the walls (7+ Years life left),
  • 16mm Twin wall plexiglass Roof (25+ Year life left),
  • The outer flashings have been powder coated black,
  • The walls also feature some autumn leaf decals,
  • Base frame with slab inserts (in grey) included,
  • Black Security Screen door to the front,
  • Louvered vent on the back top section,
  • Size: 3m wide x 2.75m Long 3m Tall at the apex,
Argosee Personnel are required to install these specialised structures to site – this cost is included in the sale price.
Self install is not available for these, due to the requirements of installing the roof.
