Twinskin Air Pipe Flange and where to use them:

Twinskin air pipe flange’s are designed to securely hold 65mm air transfer pipe in place where it enters the twinskins.
These two pieces have a locking flange and spigot part. They lock together to form a tight seal and solid connection point for the air pipe where it enters the inner layer of the twinskin.

Pair these with the inflation fans to achieve the twin skin effect.

Greenhouse films on there own has very little insulation value. However, inflating the air in between two layers of plastic or film will provide additional insulation. This improves the ability to retain temperatures through cold nights by increasing the humidity inside the structure. In addition to better insulating the greenhouse, a double layer inflation system has real structural benefits as it can help absorb strong winds.
